Terms and conditions of sale

All the items in the catalog are sold by Officinadelleartiantiche and delivered throughout the country, excluding the islands.

The art courses and workshops can be purchased online on the website www.officinadelleartiantiche.com and can be used in the manner and times agreed upon when ordering.

The booking of courses and guided tours is made by adding the product to the cart, selecting the number of people it is aimed at, and filling in the data form that follows, with your personal details, insert the email and password to registration on the site, and your contact details. Then you choose the VIRTUAL courier "OFFICINADELLEARTIANTICHE" and the "booking" mode: thus completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once the booking has been made, you can go, on the date and time indicated (on the product booked), to the place where the chosen activity will take place. If these are laboratories, the location prepared for the course will be indicated. While if the event is related to the guided tour, the date and time and the place for the meeting with the guide will be indicated.

"Officina delle arti antica" reserves the right to cancel the order in special cases:

Inventory errors, unavailability of the product, error in publishing prices, with regard to the products on sale.

While for courses and guided tours, unavailability of instructors or guides, due to force majeure.

Upon the cancellation of the order, the full refund of the purchased items is agreed with the customer or the postponement of the shipment in the case of articles, or of the service in the case of art courses.

In the case of a reservation, a cancellation email will simply be sent, with nothing to give.

The customer will be notified by telephone or e-mail of the cancellation of the order and agreed upon as indicated above.

Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the customer in any way.

The photographs of the products and courses are indicative and not binding, and "Officina delle arti antica" is not responsible for any inconsistencies.

By placing an order on Officinadelleartiantiche.com, the customer declares to have read the general conditions of sale, which specify:

- purchase procedure

- Reservation mode

- terms of payment

- deliveries with couriers prepared to order products (excluding guided tours and art courses)

- right of withdrawal-guarantee

The art courses are carried out following pre-established procedures and patterns and materials agreed upon in advance of the order, carried out by qualified and highly professional personnel. For the customer who is dissatisfied with the art course purchased and enjoyed, officina delle arti antica assumes no responsibility for requests for compensation, as the customer at the time of purchase declares himself well aware of the product and of the procedures for carrying out the courses, with nothing to expect.

For any controversy between the customer and "Officina delle Arti antica", the competent court is established in Rome.
